Data Security Standards
The Marion Family YMCA is committed to providing the highest level of security to members. Personal information, payment information and other data transmitted through our system are encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption technology. Security procedures are tested and reviewed on a regular basis.
Privacy Policy
Visitors to the Marion Family YMCA's website may volunteer to supply personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, email address. The purpose of collecting this information is to request information regarding services or programs offered by the YMCA. The YMCA does not collect personal information from you unless you provide it. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with outside organizations. The Marion Family YMCA provides links to other websites. The Marion Family YMCA is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. You are encouraged to read the privacy statements of sites which collect personally identifiable information.
Authorization for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
I hereby authorize the Marion Family YMCA to enter and keep my credit card / financial institution information on file for the purpose of making payment for current and future membership and program registrations and contributions to the Marion Family YMCA. When the credit card / financial institution honors the EFT by charging my account, such transfer shall constitute notice of payment due and my receipt for the payment. Should any preauthorized EFT not be honored by said credit card / financial institution when received by them, then it is understood that the payment is to be made by me in the amount of said payment plus any service charge. It is further understood that if such payment is not honored by the credit card / financial institution, then the YMCA, at its discretion, may resubmit the amount due for payment on a future date.
Refund Policy
You must cancel from a class in person at the Marion Family YMCA Service Center . A full credit or refund will only be issued if you cancel 2 business days prior to the start of a class. If you cancel after the deadline, no credit or refund will be issued. Individual classes missed will not receive credits or be made up. The Marion Family YMCA reserves the right to change, cancel or combine classes as necessary. If we cancel a class a credit or refund will be issued.
